Come enjoy the great outdoors and make new friends. These are fun and social events with athletic activities to suit a variety of fitness levels. We have something for everyone.

8:55 a.m. Meet in High Park, under the trees by the Grenadier Restaurant parking lot. See Map below.
9:00 a.m. We head off to enjoy a variety of activities. Walk, run, yoga, stretching, agility, balance, Nordic pole walking etc. Our coaches are trained volunteers.
Nordic Pole walking lessons provided. Bring your own walking poles, or we have some to share.
11:00 a.m. It's time to check out the Grenadier Café for a well-deserved brunch or coffee (not included).
Ski Fit is a free program for all club members. Come check us out.
We meet rain or shine. Wet weather can be even more fun as we benefit from the leafy tree canopy and park shelters.
Location: 200 Parkside Drive, Toronto. In the centre of High Park. Meet on the North side of the Grenadier parking lot, under the trees.
By TTC: Just a few minutes walk south from the High Park subway station
What to bring?: Wear running or walking shoes, and apparel to suit the weather. Bring walking poles if you have them.
