2020 High Park Ski Club Annual General Meeting

Due to the pandemic, we will be holding the 2020 AGM as a Zoom meeting.  

The AGM is an important event in the running of the club.  In addition to updating members on the financial results of the previous season, as well as passing of changes to the By-laws, it is also a public opportunity to ask questions of the Board of Directors.  

According to HPSC By-Law 10.7 quorum for the AGM is 60 members and an additional 15 members via proxy.  

Unfortunately there is a maximum of 100 participants on the Zoom meeting platform, so please register early.  Once registered you will be sent the Zoom log in information.
