 Time: 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM at Madison Ave Pub, 14 Madison Ave. (One block east of Spadina & Bloor St)

 Note: You may sign up for these trips on Wed Oct 26 without having pre-registered. Blank application forms will be available.

On-line pre-registration:

Online pre-registration opens Thurs Oct 20, 2016 at 8:00 PM. Login to read the online pre-registration procedures, LONG TRIPS > Trip Sign-Up Procedures for 2017 Long Trips. If you have pre-registered, you MUST submit your application form(s) and payment at this event on Oct 26 unless you have made other arrangements to send them to the Trip Leader before Oct 26.

Come to the Madison, meet the Trip Leaders,

ask questions about your trip, enjoy a drink or some food,

and socialize with fellow club members.

Welcome Non-Members:

If you are not a member but just want to find out about our ski club, we welcome you to attend and discover our great value group trips. Come and pick up some flyers, talk to our trip leaders and meet some members.

Members - Before You Attend Trip Sign-Up Night #3:

• Log in and press on LONG TRIPS > Overnight Bus Trips 2017.
• Press on the trip you wish to register for.
• Understand the options and costs and complete the pre-registration process by paying the $100 deposit.
• Print the receipt including the description so you have a hard copy.
• Download and complete the application form. Print and sign 2 copies.
• Make sure to use the correct form, “Overnight Bus Trip Application Form”, NOT ”Charter Trip Application Form”.

What To Bring To Trip Sign-Up Night #3:

• Chequebook &  a pen - all trips may be paid by cheque. Bring enough cheques if you are signing up for several trips.
• If you are paying for an Overnight Bus trip by credit card (Visa or MasterCard accepted), the trip leader will process your application and send you the invoice & receipt by email.
• Description of trip.
• Completed application forms. Print and sign 2 copies.
