Cross-country skiing, and snowshoe.
You all were so great about signing up for trips this year, I've decided that if at least 20 people sign up for this trip, it's running. The only way I'll cancel is if it looks like it's going to rain all day.
It's slated to be quite warm Sunday. And SUNNY!!!! This means wet, soft snow. Hardwood may also only have the "big four" trails maintained by that point. But if they have skiable white stuff on the ground, and there's enough people who want to go ski on it, we're going! Just please keep this in mind before you register. You have to be ok with these conditions. (Or, whatever conditions are thrown at us, if the forecast changes).
It's going to be t-shirt weather...pick your favourite one!
Hardwood is one of Southern Ontario’s premier cross-country ski resorts. Unfortunately, on Christmas Day 2017, part of their chalet burned down. This means they don’t have indoor kitchen facilities. They do have a food truck that offers a variety of food and beverage options. We also suggest bringing your own water, lunch, and snacks.

This is a Bring a Friend trip! Members may bring ONE guest for a $20 fee. Members may register and pay for their guest starting on Thursday at 12:01AM. Please print copy of the waiver and have your guest sign it before arrival.
To register a guest, first complete your own registration. Then after Thursday at 12:01AM, open the event again and click New Registration. You will then be able to register your guest.
You can find more information about bringing a friend, including the waiver, on the Cross-Country FAQ page.
You can cancel your registration up until 8pm the Wednesday before the trip (for this trip: Wed., March 20, 2019). You must email firstname.lastname@example.org for the cancellation to be processed. For more information on how to cancel, visit the Cross-Country FAQ page.
