Meeting will be held on-line due to coronavirus (COVID-19) situation


Registration will be open on April 21 for 100 participants (based on the conference meeting tool's maximum capacity). Proxy forms are available on-line. Registered participants will receive an email invitation to join the meeting.

7:00 pm: On-line meeting will be opened

7:15 pm sharp: The Election Meeting starts. 

It is important that we have a quorum at this meeting so please register and join the meeting and support your club. 

If you are unable to attend, please complete the proxy form  scan and then email to president@hpsc.ca before Wednesday April 29, 2020 at noon.
