Trip Type: Cross-Country and Snowshoeing

Regular cross-country skiing, guided snowshoeing, and bring a friend trip.

We're getting down to the last of winter! Let's hope we can get out for another weekend. Keep in mind that conditions in March are variable and changeable - it can be icy, slushy, warm, cold, sunny, overcast...often all in one day. Mid-winter conditions are behind us and you have to be ok with that. There might be some exposed areas by this point. It probably will be icy in the morning and softening up in the afternoon. That's spring skiing.  If enough of us want to go, we'll send a bus!

We have set the registration for Hardwood prices, however, we will go wherever the conditions seem best (even Arrowhead is a possibility as it's colder up north...but no potluck in that case). We will deal with refunding people the difference after the trip.

About Hardwood

Hardwood has a new chalet! This is exciting. There is a food truck on-site serving delicious meals and snacks, but you may want to bring your own food. There is a pro shop equipped with a wide variety of cross-country ski gear.

Hardwood offers rental packages (classic skis, skate skis and snowshoes).
