2021 High Park Ski Club Annual General Meeting

Due to the pandemic, for the second year in a row we will be holding the 2021 AGM as a Zoom meeting.  

The AGM is an important event in the running of the club.  In addition to updating members on the financial results of the 2020/21 season, as well as passing of changes to the By-laws, it is also a public opportunity to ask questions of the Board of Directors.  

According to HPSC By-Law 10.7 quorum for the AGM is 60 members and an additional 15 members via proxy.  

Unfortunately there is a maximum of 100 participants on the Zoom meeting platform, so please register early.  After registering and prior to the meeting you will be sent the Zoom log in information.
