2022 High Park Ski Club Annual General Meeting

After two years of virtual AGMs, this year we are finally holding the AGM in person - actually a hybrid meeting with both in-person and via Zoom.

The AGM is an important event in the running of the club.  In addition to updating members on the financial results of the 2021/22 season, as well as passing of changes to the By-laws, it is also a public opportunity to ask questions of the Board of Directors.  

According to HPSC By-Law 10.7 quorum for the AGM is 75 members in good standing including  up to 15 members via proxy.  

LOCATION:  National Yacht Club or via Zoom 

DATE:  Tuesday September 20, 2022

TIME:  7pm to 9pm
