Trip Type: Cross-Country and Snowshoeing (Drive up)

Regular lessons will be offered, as well as guided snowshoeing.

This trip will open for registration on Jan. 23 at 8am.

Register here if you are DRIVING UP and want to take a lesson or join guided snowshoeing. You will only sign up for your lesson or guided snowshoeing; you must pay for your trail pass and rentals (if needed) at the resort. Resorts do not give group rates to drive ups; please respect this and do not ask at the resort.

If you want to drive up but not take a lesson or join guided snowshoeing, do not register.

About Kawartha Nordic

Kawartha Nordic, located near Peterborough, has 46km of classic trails, 27km of skate trails, and 9km of snowshoe trails. Join us for an wonderful day of cross-country skiing or explore the resort's snowshoe trails. The trails are ideal for beginner and intermediate skiers (few tough hills!) and there are lovely warm-up cabins along the trails, complete with chickadees. There is a lovely chalet, but no food or water available so please pack lunch, snacks, and enough water for the day.

Kawartha offers rental packages (classic skis, skate skis and snowshoes).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration up until 8 PM the Tuesday before the trip (for this trip: Tues., January 24, 2023).  For guided snowshoeing please email cancellations@hpsc.ca. For your lesson, please email xcskischool@hpsc.ca.
