2025 High Park Ski Club Annual General Meeting

As we have done over the last few years, the Annual General Meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting with both in-person (at the National Yacht Club) and via Zoom.

The AGM is an important event in the running of the club.  In addition to updating members on the financial results of the 2024/25 season, as well as passing of changes to the By-laws, it is also an opportunity to ask questions of the Board of Directors.  

According to HPSC By-Law 10.7 quorum for the AGM is 75 members in good standing including up to 15 members via proxy.  

LOCATION:  National Yacht Club or via Zoom

TIME:  7pm to 9pm
